This rapid exercise for the illustration of a zoning analysis package involved splitting a large site in a wealthy waterfront area of Miami Beach into two large sites. The designs for lots East and West were generated in a rapid manner, using traditional mass modeling and rendering with on-surface 2-d overlays and Photoshop new AI generative technology for rapid backgrounds and ambient elements. Seeking an element that would run from the entry to the ocean-side of the site, the water feature channels water and vibrancy though the house.
