This proposal to adjoin and rezone commercial and residential lots in Little River is divided into two phases. The first phase opens space for local events and temporary vendors, while rehabilitating some existing structures. The second phase allows multi-story residences and offices, while retaining the integrative nature of the central open court. The work of local artists is imbedded in the design.
