The
Nurmi Isles are some of the most recognizable formations in Fort Lauderdale.
This group of four islands allow homes to face the Rio Barcelona Canal,
frequented by avid kayakers and paddleboarders. The residence sits on a
12,000 SF lot, where a decades-old Banyan tree organically formed the design of
the house around it. I developed modeling and visualization for this 6,500 SF residence.
