A bottom-up approach guided the studies for this mixed-use tower in Costa Rica. The building was examined from a marketing identity point. Different identities were assigned, sketches and Photoshop collages followed. The two most suitable designs were elaborated upon, one proposing tensile canvas bris soleil, and another one proposing eolic energy generation.
