Both workforce buildings approach the site in a smililar manner. The foundation for the architecture lies in the experiences of the visitor: Flavors, materials and aromas unique to the flavorful Little Havana. Known as the main Cuban exile neighborhood in the world, Little Havana is characterized by recognized street life, small businesses, restaurants, music and cultural activities. The area is gaining interest from investors as the area of Downtown is subjected to the affordability crisis, and more visitors from around the world flock the area to gain a glimpse of the caribbean. The main material proposed is Cement / “cuban” tile.
